The EZ-Cream™ passes NSF standard 20. It runs very quietly and draws less than 1 amp. Capacity of the removable anodized aluminum serving vessel is 2-quarts (1.9 L). To dispense, the user simply presses their cup against the push bar and cream is dispensed until pressure is removed. Since this unit is intended mostly for self-service, there is no portion control feature.

The EZ-Cream™ has a built-in lock and comes with two keys for security against tampering. The removable drip tray makes cleaning easy.

SAVINGS EXAMPLE -- Thermoelectric Cooling Costs Less
The Server countertop chiller and cream chiller (EZ-Cream) clearly show a cost savings over other refrigeration methods. Utilizing thermoelctric cooling, a process that cools through a flow of electrons, Server is able to refrigerate with very minimal use of electricity. Our chillers hold product below 41 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celcius) indefinitely, costing just 8 cents per day in electricity.*

* Based on Wisconsin, USA electricity rates as of September 2005 (in US dollars).
