The ability to quickly serve a consistent product is essential in the foodservice industry. Dry Food Dispensers serve ¼ oz to 2 oz (7 to 60 mL) portions by volume and are adjustable in 1/8 oz (4 mL) increments. These dispensers are available with a 1 or 2 liter capacity hopper for single, double or triple wall mount configurations. A single dispenser just needs 5 linear inches (12.7 cm) of wall space so their perfect for banking several together.

Bring on the shake program, ice cream toppings, smoothie mixes and blended coffee drinks — and enjoy the benefits of consistent menu items and proper portions. Consistent product that is not much bigger than ½" (1.3 cm) in diameter work best. Products that stick together such as crushed candy bars are not recommended.

COMPANION PRODUCT

A Stir Paddle can address irregular pieces such as cookie crumbs. For this model, you would use a 1L Stir Paddle 86587.

Very fine powders such as protein and malt powders have the tendency to bridge inside a dispenser. The addition of a Free Flow Kit (FF 86625) can solve this problem. However, the Free Flow accessory is designed for use in Dry Dispensers with a 2-Liter capacity such as the Single dry dispenser 86680.
