This (mostly) stainless steel pump has been completely redesigned to dispense smooth condiments, directly from a standard 2.7 quart (2.6 L) salad crock. A clear, plastic lid allows for fast monitoring of your product level while the pump takes care of portion control and eliminates the mess of ladling. Additional uses include: a station of ranch and BBQ for a wing program, cocktail sauce, and the smooth, specialty sauces on your sandwich prep table.

The one-piece discharge tube with over molded knob and combination ball/pinch valve design has only a few parts. And clean-in-place certification makes maintenance a breeze.
