The insulated Cream Server is designed to hold bulk cream or other dairy products at a safe serving temperature for hours. Its polished stainless steel design helps create the upscale image of quality and cleanliness for your customers. While the stainless steel pump offers a 1 ounce maximum portion that is adjustable in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments.

This model includes two HOLDCOLD™ jars for an extended cooling time over ice packs (up to 12 hours). It includes one black and one white jar for day and night shift change-outs. The ABS plastic jars are filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel and hold 2¾ qt (2.6 L) of cream below 41º F (5º C) for up to 12 hours.
