The Dairy Chiller is designed with thermoelectric technology to consistently hold up to 2 quarts (1.9 L) of milk or cream below 41º F (5º C). This advanced cooling method operates quietly and is extremely efficient; drawing only 1 Amp. The Dairy Chiller is used in conjunction with an espresso machine with an auto-frother attachment. 

Many high volume espresso machines are equipped with a hose that can be inserted into a milk supply to draw milk for the frothing operation. This hose is inserted into the 5/16ths" (7.9 mm) hole on top.
