The Espresso Cream Holder is designed to hold bulk cream at a safe temperature in conjunction with an expresso machine while the gleaming stainless steel design signals quality and cleanliness to your customers.  Many high volume machines are equipped with a hose that can be inserted into a milk supply to draw milk for the frothing operation. This hose can be inserted into the 5/16ths of an inch (7.9 mm) hole on top. The Espresso Cream Holder is constructed of a stainless steel exterior, one-piece seamless plastic interior and foamed-in place polyurethane insulation.

Draw from the included (2 3/4-quart/2.6 L) HOLDCOLD™ Jars. HOLDCOLD™ Jars are constructed of durable ABS plastic and filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel. They hold cream below 41 degrees F (5 degrees C) for up to 12 hours, when placed in an insulated unit and filled with refrigerated product. To keep your dairy products cold, use the two included Eutectic Ice Packs (one for use and one for your freezer).
