SERVER EXPRESS™ CONDIMENT PUMPS This mobile station has a top design that features a triple Server Express™ condiment system (07050), which dispenses three condiments from 1½-gallon (or 6-L) Cryovac® pouches with fitment exclusively. To showcase sanitation, a brushed stainless steel vessel minimizes the visibility of fingerprints and sets into the countertop. The surgical-quality plastic pump is quick to break down, dishwasher safe and achieves up to 98% evacuation. The Express system pump has a special connector that pierces the Cryovac® pouch fitment creating a sealed system for maximum evacuation and savings. Maximum portion yields 1-oz (30 mL). Portions can be reduced in ¼-oz. (7 mL) increments simply by adjusting the portion pin position on the lid lever.

SERVE-A-CUP™ soufflé cup DISPENSERS  Two Serve-A-Cup™ soufflé cup dispensers (85442), constructed of polypropylene cub tube to allow for sanitary serving of portion cups one-at-a-time. Each Serve-A-Cup™dispenser includes cup guides and strippers to dispense ¾ and 1-ounce (22 & 30 mL) paper or plastic soufflé cups one-at-a-time. Capacity of the Serve-A-Cup™, is approximately 150 paper or plastic cups. This model can be adapted to hold 6 soufflé cup sizes: ¾, 1, 1¼, 2 and 2½-ounces (22, 30, 37, 45, 60 and 75 mL).
