This small volume, water bath warmer is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature without burning or scorching. It's constructed of stainless steel and includes an exclusive stainless steel bowl. An adjustable, precalibrated thermostat senses the food temperature and turns the 250 watt heating element on or off as needed.
