This drop-in stainless steel unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The IRS-3DI accepts three 1/6-size steam table pans or one 1/6-size and three 1/9-size pans up to 6" (15.2 cm) deep. Pans are purchased separately. A hinged lid covers the contents to help protect from accidental contamination. The lids clear material showcases your toppings and makes checking product levels quick and easy. Use two round Eutectic Ice Packs 94013 to eliminate the mess and hassle of using ice. 

Standard features include: 
  • Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation prevents condensation
  • Accepts 2 Eutectic Ice Packs or can be iced
