This stainless steel unit is non-insulated and keeps contents at room temperature. The RS-3 accepts three 1/6-size steam table pans or one 1/6-size and three 1/9-size pans up to 6" (15.2 cm) deep. Pans are sold separately. 

A hinged lid covers the contents to help protect from accidental contamination. The clear lid showcases your toppings and makes checking product levels quick and easy; improved hinge design lets you choose from stay-open and self-close operation.
