The Server Express™ Quad Pump System dispenses from (4) 1½ gallon (or 6 L) Cryovac® pouches with 16 mm fitment. It features surgical-quality plastic pumps that are quick to break down, dishwasher safe and achieve up to 98% evacuation. The stainless steel shroud with lid is designed for countertop use.

The Express™ pump has a special connector that pierces the pouch fitment creating a sealed system for maximum evacuation and savings. A full portion yields 1 oz (30 mL) which can be reduced in ¼ oz (7 mL) increments simply by adjusting the portion pin position on the lid lever.

SAVINGS EXAMPLE -- Server Express™ vs. Portion Packs

The Server Express™ System clearly shows a cost savings over portion packs. A 1½ gallon Cryovac® pouch of ketchup (with fitment) costs $14.33*. The equivalent amount of product in portion packs costs $29.36. This represents a $15.03 savings over portion packs for every pouch dispensed. This means that even at list price, the Server Express(tm) System** can pay for itself in under 17 pouches or 9 cases.
