This serving station features the Server Express™ System, which dispenses condiments from a 1½-gallon (or 6-L) Cryovac® pouch with fitment exclusively. Its finest feature is a surgical-quality plastic pump that is quick to break down, dishwasher safe and achieves up to 98% evacuation. The Express™ pump is featured in each end well.

A black thermoset plastic vessel and brushed stainless steel lid set in to a stainless steel base. The stainless and black plastic does well to compliment most décor.

The center section holds three 1/6-size steam table pans up to 6" (15.2 cm) deep or one 1/6-size and three 1/9-size. Pans are sold separately. The clear lid showcases your toppings and makes checking product levels quick and easy; improved hinge design lets you choose from stay-open and self-close operation.

The Server Express™ pump has a special connector that pierces the Cryovac® pouch fitment creating a sealed system for maximum evacuation and savings. Maximum portion yields 1-oz (30 mL). Portions can be reduced in ¼-oz. (7 mL) increments simply by adjusting the portion pin position on the lid lever.

Also includes:

  • Mounting holes on bottom permit bolting to counter
  • 2 discharge fittings--black for ketchup and mustard, white for thicker products
  • Decal set of Ketchup, Mustard and Mayonnaise
  • 2 cleaning brushes for pump maintenance

SAVINGS EXAMPLE -- Server Express™ vs. Portion Packs
The Server Express™ System clearly shows a cost savings over portion packs. A 1½-gallon Cryovac® pouch of ketchup (with fitment) costs $12.50*. The equivalent amount of product in portion packs costs $19.89. This represents a $7.39 savings over portion packs for every pouch dispensed. This means that even at list price, the Server Express(tm) System** can pay for itself in under 33 pouches or 17 cases.
