The 1/9-size jar offers more storage capacity than a 1/9-size pan in the same footprint and can be used in a wall-mount topping station, a mini bar or anywhere a 1/9-size pan would go.

The 1/9-size jar has a slot for adding a portioning strike bar. When used with a serving spoon, it quickly solves overportioning issues.

This is an accessory to a 1/9-size jar and does NOT include the jar shown in the sample photo.
