Server's new EZ-Cream™ chilled cream dispenser offers maximum safety and savings for bulk cream dispensing. It's constructed of a black polycarbonate/ABS blend with a matte finish to resist fingerprints. The EZ-Cream works on a solid-state refrigeration method variously referred to as the Peltier effect or thermoelectric cooling. To accomplish this, the 120-volt AC current from a wall outlet is changed to DC current at 12 volts by the power supply that is included. This current is passed through a sandwich of two different metals to provide a cooling effect. A fan dissipates heat from the cooling. The result is a quiet, lower-cost alternative to mechanical refrigeration. This simple unit features a removable cream vessel and is listed under NSF standard 20.
It's quiet operation and enery efficiency is perfect for outlets that offer self-service cream for coffee such as food outlets, convenience stores, cafeterias, universities, coffee shops, contract feeding operations and even hotel chains. The locking top is a great deterrent to product tampering which is a growing concern in all self-service applications.
We've already completed production runs of the EZ-Cream™; get one to streamline your operation today.
Export voltage units are already availble. Since the power supply senses voltage and switches accordingly, all we have to do is supply these with the appropriate cord for your location. See the product details, for more information.
