The deep 1/9-size jar holds almost twice the amount of a standard 1/9-size pan", 4" (10.2 cm) deep. Plus they are designed to fit wherever steam table pans go or for countertop use, in a Mini Bar or thermoelectric chiller.

* Server's 1/9-size jar is 6" (15.2 cm) deep and holds 1.9 quarts. A standard 1/9-size pan has a maximum depth of 4" (10.2 cm) which holds only 1.1 quart (1 L).
