Most notable; they are NSF listed, which isn't something you will find with the typical plastic pump. 

Solution™ Style Pumps
Dispense condiments from rigid containers such as a #10 can or plastic jar.

Server Express™ and Server Extreme™ Pumps
Dispense condiments from flexible bags such as a  Cryovac pouch with 16-mm fitment and Bag in Box packaging. Bagged condiments are the most efficient dispensing method offering maximum evacuation, reduced contanimation risk, and a small environmental impact (compared to cans and jars).
