CREATE A CUSTOM SERVING BAR
The insulated serving bar is available for countertop or drop-in applications. Outfit the base unit by choosing from stainless steel and polycarbonate pumps or several lids with ladles.
Base Unit
The Serving Bar base is constructed with a stainless steel exterior, one-piece seamless plastic interior and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation within. Each may be cooled with ice, one Eutectic Ice Pack (94141) per jar or use our deep fountain HOLDCOLD™ jars for maximum efficiency.

Stainless Steel Pumps
These pumps are constructed for maximum lifespan and feature captured valve balls to prevent loss with colored, engraved knobs to identify flavors, upon request.

Polycarbonate solution™ style pumps
The Solution™ pump is ideal for dispensing just about any fountain syrup, condiment or dressing, including those with larger chunks such as tartar sauce and Thousand Island dressing — even some salsas, pumpable relish and picante sauce. Plus the pump is dishwasher safe and NSF listed with removable parts.

pump Lock
A lid lock slides over the top of a stainless steel or Solution™ pump lid to secure the pump to the fountain jar. It makes the two parts one complete unit. This allows for easy handling and transporting of product and minimizes the possibility of a lid being intentionally lifted off. Overall the lid lock helps keep foreign matter from contaminating your product. Use pump lock 80443.
Fountain Jars
Fountain jars are available in stainless steel, plastic or HOLDCOLD™ styles.
Stainless Steel Fountain Jars
A stainless steel fountain jar and attached sanitary hinged lid combination is also available. See lids section below for attached lid and jar product numbers.
Plastic (Polypropylene) Fountain Jars
Plastic fountain jars are notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle, for increased sanitation. They also have feet to prevent tipping while filling.
HOLDCOLD™ Fountain Jars (10" or 25.4 cm deep only)
HOLDCOLD™ jars are constructed on durable ABS plastic and filled with a non-toxic regrigerant gel. The jars hold toppings below 41 degrees Farienheight (5 degrees Celsius) for up to 12 hours, when used properly. They can be purchased in black or white ore as a kit of one each.

Choose from a long or short handle ladle with a 1-ounce (30 mL) bowl.
