rail Combinations

Rails are designed to serve and hold multiple condiments, syrups and toppings at an ambient temperature. Choose from a preconfigured model (called a combo) or create your own combination, using fountain jars with a number of pumps and ladles. A new option with custom combinations, is to use 2/3-width fountain jar components, which allow you to hold more flavors in the same footprint.

COMBOS INCLUDE :

• a non-insulated, stainless steel base
• one of 3 pump styles: stainless steel, Solution™ style and Express Style (for Cryovac™ pouches)
• or stainless steel ladles with lids and shallow, plastic fountain jars

PUMP STYLES INCLUDE:

• Stainless Steel (these pumps last for years, with routine maintenance)
• Plastic (Solution™ style, perfect for rotating menu items that vary from thin to thick with particulates)
  Solution™ style polycarbonate pumps completely break down and have replaceable parts. 
• Plastic (Express™ style, perfect for high volume items that vary from thin to thick)
  Express™ style plastic pumps are NSF listed, have only a few parts and completely break down, which is not something most plastic pumps offer.
