A neat prep station can also be efficient with a Topping Caddy™. Simply take a standard 6 qt (5.7 L) bain marie with ice or any other ice bath and insert the Topping Caddy™. The caddy is designed for quick and convenient storage of Rich's ® Whipped Topping products. When you're done dolloping, simply place the pastry bag into the caddy (tip down) for safe out-of-the-way storage.
