• 1/3-size pan warmer is ideal for tight spaces - great for sauces, toppings, gravies and soups
• Constructed of a stainless steel shroud, thermoset plastic water vessel and cast aluminum heat plate

• Adjustable, precalibrated thermostat provides accurate heat control
• Use your 6" (15 cm) deep, steam table pan(s) or a combination model that comes complete with (2) 7 qt (6.6 L) vegetable insets
• Hinged lids, on insets, feature a rim that returns moisture to maintain consistency of the food
• Model FS-20SS is listed NSF& cULus. Not intended for rethermalization & includes a 2-year warranty
